Salsa Footwork | Understanding the movement, Style, and rhythm of the On 1 Styling. This class you will learn footwork terminology, dills in timing, body isolations, and movement. Students will come out of this class being able to recognize the On 1 typing and how to combine movement to the rhythm.
Salsa Movement | This class will focus on stretches, movement n drills that will strengthen you technique and flexibility. A new drill and stretches will be added each week that will pertain to a specific area from arm to footwork and body movement.
Mambo On 2 | Understanding the movement, Style, and rhythm of the On 2 Styling. This class you will learn footwork terminology, dills in timing, body isolations, and movement. Students will come out of this class being able to recognize the On 2 typing and how to combine movement to the rhythm.
BACHATA Footwork | Bachata is a Latin dance form that originated in the Dominican Republic. It incorporates more footwork and circular movement across the dance floor. The main focus in this class is to build a strong foundation in both footwork and partner-work, attain an authentic look and feel, develop and enhance leading and following techniques, and develop social dancing techniques and dance etiquette. You will also learn the history, origins, and culture of the dance. No prerequisite classes necessary.

Online Dance Courses Salsa and Bachata Essentials|
This course is designed for those who have no experience, or who would like to revisit foundational values in dance. The focus will be on teaching you proper technique, speed, terminology, and musicality. There will be 6 lessons in this course, one of the lessons with drills and one a practice combination.
