STRONG by Zumba | This class will give you the fire and intense workout to build your stamina and endurance and to keep you looking fab throughout the summer. The workout with the cardio Latin dance moves that will make you forget you were working out and think you're on the dance floor.
SALSA I | Discover authentic Latin culture through the rhythmic sounds of Salsa music and dance. In this workshop, learn basic salsa steps, musicality skills, and styling techniques for men to become the perfect lead and for ladies to be a fantastic follow, as well as the history of Salsa and the origin of the dance form. No prior experience necessary!
BACHATA I | Bachata is a Latin dance form that originated in the Dominican Republic. It incorporates more footwork and circular movement across the dance floor. The focuses are to build a strong foundation in both footwork and partner-work, attain an authentic look and feel, develop and enhance leading and following techniques, and develop social dancing techniques and dance etiquette. You will also learn the history, origins, and culture of the dance. No prior experience necessary!
LADIES STYLING | Understand how styling and footwork add flare to your Salsa and Bachata dancing. This class focuses on allowing ladies to comfortably expressing themselves through movement while partnering and freestyle dancing. You will work on body isolations, proper body posture footwork, shine combinations, turns, and spotting techniques--all the tools you need to dance gracefully on the dance floor. Must have completed Salsa I and/or Bachata I
ZUMBA | Join the party, not the workout! Our fun and energetic dance fitness class will have you moving to the best cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, cha cha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop, axé, and tango. Burn the calories while having fun. You can't lose! No prior experience necessary!
